Our B&B is situated in the "heart" of the Axarquia (east Costa del Sol), nearby the old town of VELEZ-MALAGA.



MALAGA airport is about 45 kilometres, the coastal town TORRE DEL MAR with its beaches can be reached approximately 15 minutes.



In TORRE DEL MAR is also the connection point to the motorway (N340), so that it is very comfortable to visit all well known cities like NERJA, MALAGA, GRANADA, SEVILLE.



Our 7.800 sqm large, terraced property is in 200m height on a gently hill. A few typically Spanish Fincas unite the environment with the almonds, olives trees and the vineyards.



Enjoy your stay at our plantation where we cultivate Mangos, Peaches, Figs and some Lemons on the basis of ecological criteria. We furnished different quiet places for you on the entire area. Either on one of the different terraces close to the house, on the meadow at the pool, or on a hammock under Mangos or in the Maurian Corner with wonderful view over the valley of the Rio Velez and the Mediterranean, you will find your place to recover from the hustle of everyday life.

No matter whether you spend your day at one of the beautiful sand beaches - or explore the environment:



The eastern Costa del Sol offers something for every taste.



Visit the white villages with their narrow and bent lanes and take a sherry and some Tapas.

Discover bizarre rock landscapes with hidden waterfalls or go with your hire car to explore endless plains with Olives and almond trees.

NERJA and TORRE DEL MAR fascinate with the busy beach life. The caves of NERJA are famous and worth visiting, especially on hot summer days.



The finest festivals you will have opportunity to see are the Easter festivals, one week before Easter, or other Ferias. Experience a fiery Flamenco and be enchanted by the Andalusian temper. We have a lot of tips, showing you many still unknown Andalusian secrets.



Visiting the ALHAMBRA in GRANADA or the old towns of MALAGA und SEVILLE is a must.



Hiking, cycling in the nearby national parc "Sierra de Tejada"

Directions:

Our B&B was built in the year 2002 in the Andalusian architectural style in form of an old farmstead. The timber ceilings with the visible beams, the small wooden windows with wings and the clay coloured flooring underline the typically rustic style of the building.



Altogether we have four spacious guestrooms, all with bath en suite (shower and WC). The rooms are coloured differently and decorated individually, of course there are Satellite-TV (CNBC-Europe and CNN), fan (in winter heating), two armchairs and a double bed (1,80 x 2,00!). A high-quality feather/spring core mattress and a blanket for people from north Europe guarantee a pleasant rest.

High season: 1.5. until 31.10.
Rest of year is low season.



The minimum stay is 2 nights. 30% of total costs are to be paid within 5 days after reservation confirmation to our bankaccount or by PAYPAL. The remainder is to be paid until 6 weeks before first day of your stay. If a cancellation takes place until 6 weeks before you stay, 30% of the price will retained; 100% will be retained when cancellation is made later.

Informations about the meals/restaurants:

You book your rooms incl. a rich and individual breakfast, which will be served from 09:00-10:00 o'clock. Depending on weather conditions either in our cosy dining room or on the shady terrace under a large palm tree. For those guests who prefer to stay at the premises all day we gladly prepare a small lunch .



Visiting one of the numerous Bars and fish restaurants near the place is a must. Nevertheless we also like to cook from time to time some dinner on request. We are pleased, if we may spoil you in the evening with our own, versatile and uncomplicated cuisine. Booking in advance, we serve e.g. a delicate Paella, a BBQ or some local dishes and a tasty country wine from the region.



Drinks and snacks are available in self service around the clock.
