A Casa da Eira is an ancient farm house which has been completely restored in 2000. We offer 4 double rooms, one of which has full wheelchair access and one single room all with private bath room. The common areas consist of a living and dinning room with open fire place, the reading corner, the garden and a typical Gallician balcony from which one can enjoy a spectacular view of the river Sil Canyon.

A Casa da Eira is situated in-midst the historical area of the Ribeira Sacra, in Ourense, Galicia, Spain's greenest corner. The name Ribeira Sacra which means "the holy river side" is due to a large number of Romanesque monasteries, churches, heremitories, etc. The perfect area to do hill walking on several paths nearby and in the surroundings. Other activities: river routs by boat or canoe, adventure sports, etc.
