Situated in the Old Town of Cehegin in the North West of Murcia Province.
The house has 3 separate comfortable 4 and 6 person apartments with fridge and tea and coffee making facilities and two complimentary bottles of wine. Each apartment consists of a private lounge, bedroom(s) and bathroom. Furnished in the local rural style. The accommodation is in a totally refurbished town house. Breakfast is included in the price. The house is on two floors with the accommodation situated upstairs, each apartment has it's own separate keys.

Nearby attractions and activities:

The municipality, which was once the epicentre of southern Spain, dates back to prehistoric times. The site of Begastri, where you can discover how the first inhabitants lived, can still be visited today. Here you will see cave paintings and remains of the settlement.
But what mainly characterizes Cehegin now is the compact old town. Family houses and humble medieval dwellings combine to make a place of history and calm. The old town is a favorite attraction, the architecture and traditions are celebrated in the region.
The area is host to many outdoor pursuits such as rock climbing, paragliding, mountain biking, walking, white water rafting, fishing, horse riding and many other activities which we can book for you.
The town has an indoor swimming pool and sports centre as well as an outdoor summer pool with bar, picnic area and tennis courts.

Directions:

Directions by road from Alicante Airport:

Take the main A7 (E15) motorway south towards MURCIA.
As you approach the city, take the E15 (N340) motorway exit towards GRANADA and ALMERIA. After approximately 8 km, take the exit C415 towards MULA.
(This is the AUTOVIA DEL NOROESTE.)

Directions by road from Murcia Airport:

After leaving the airport follow for Murcia (C3319).
Once on the A32, follow for Balsicas, coming off at the first junction.
At the roundabout with the sail, take the 2nd exit for Murcia this is the C3319.
Eventually this motorway forks and here you keep right following for Murcia, joining the N301.
As this motorway winds down through the mountains you can see Murcia city ahead of you. At this point follow signs for Mula on the C415.
(This is the new motorway, the AUTOVIA DEL NOROESTE.)

AND THEN:

From the C415 take exit 55 (oeste) to the town of CEHEGIN, turn right at the first and second roundabouts and continue until you reach a third roundabout /junction with a fountain and a statue of a shoemaker. Turn left here, this is the Gran Via.

Either:

Or:
From the Gran Via turn 3rd left at the Navarette supermarket, turn right after the crossroads and take the immediate left into Calle Vera Cruz. This narrow street winds uphill. Ignore the first right hand turn, Calle Pañeros, and follow the road as it bears right. Continue ahead until the road widens and there are cars parked on the left. We are the blue house, number 15 (Calle La Tria).

We charge 20 euros per person per night including breakfast.
Our minimum suite charge is 40 euros per night.
Children from 2 to 12 yrs old are 15 euros per night. Under 2's are free.
We charge a 2 night minimum

Breakfast is of course included in the price. For other meals the many bars, tapas bars and restaurants offer an incredible choice of watering holes and places to snack or satisfy the hungriest appetites in typical Spanish surrounding almost 24 hours a day.
